About ACTnow

With Our Unanimous Voice, We Can Build A Better Tomorrow.

In our experience with overcoming community problems and now a pandemic, ACTnow app was set up to protect and serve the public interest. This calls for active participation from the people, local councils, and authorities on matters regarding community wellbeing and consumer protection.

To achieve that, the ACTnow app has a built-in multi-language translator to make open communication possible for all, where everyone can keep each other updated with community issues at the national and international level.

Malaysia is the first country to run the ACTnow app nationwide with access to 155 local councils including DBKL, MPPJ, MPJB, and MPPP. Its GPS tracking feature identifies the location from where a user is reporting an issue in real-time, which then auto-detects the respective local council.

Community issues (e.g. uncollected rubbish, illegal dumpsites, unhygienic outlets, unlicensed businesses, illegal building structures, etc.) are under the jurisdiction of local councils. Take photos or record a video of the issue via the ACTnow app, or comment on issues highlighted by other users.

We believe everyone has the potential to be a changemaker to empower the nation and ACTnow can help. We wish to establish our presence in other countries so that our app can benefit more local communities everywhere. Contact us to find out about collaboration/partnership/sponsorship opportunities.

How It Works?

Step 1

Install ACTnow App and register with your email address, Google or Facebook account.

Step 2

To report an issue, take pictures or record a video via App only.

Step 3

Fill basic information about the issue you like to submit to the council.

Step 4

ACTnow will identify the location, time and date of the issue and forward it to the respective council.
