The photo says it all, a speed bump appears to be indistinguishable without the white lines painting, especially at night. This is posing multiple issues to the road users as well as causing potential harm to pedestrians and animals. If a car is driving through, under the legal speed limit, but without stepping on the brake, it is enough to cause dangers mentioned above. This should be fixed as soon as possible.
